Directions:
The scarf is worked sideways using two yarns. The fringe is worked at the end of each row.
V-stitch (V-st) - 1 dc, ch 1, 1 dc into the same st or the same ch-1-space.
With yarn A chain 180 (or to desired length), mark the last chain. Chain 20, ch 4, 3 dc bobble in the 4th st from the hook, ch 4, sl st to the same st, ch 20.
Row 1 (yarn A): V-st into 2nd st from the marker, *skip 2 ch, V-st into next ch*, repeat to the end of the row, ch 20, ch 4, 3dc bobble in the 4th st from the hook, ch 4, sl st to the same st, ch 20, secure the loop to prevent it from unraveling. Do NOT turn.
Row 2: (yarn B): join color B to the beginning of row 1, chain 20, ch 4, 3 dc bobble in the 4th st from the hook, ch 4, sl st to the same st, ch 20, *V-st into the ch-1-sp of the previous row, V-st*, repeat to the end of the row, ch 20, ch 4, 3 dc bobble in the 4th st from the hook, ch 4, sl st to the same st, ch 20, secure the loop to prevent it from unraveling. TURN.
Row 3 (yarn A): pick up yarn A from row 1, *V-st into the ch-1-sp of the previous row V-st*, repeat to the end of the row, ch 20, ch 4, 3dc bobble in the 4th st from the hook, ch 4, sl st to the same st, ch 20, secure the loop to prevent it from unraveling. Do NOT turn.
Row 4 (yarn B) pick up yarn B from row 2, *V-st into the ch-1-sp of the previous row V-st*, repeat to the end of the row, ch 20, ch 4, 3dc bobble in the 4th st from the hook, ch 4, sl st to the same st, ch 20, secure the loop to prevent it from unraveling. TURN.
Row 5 (yarn A): pick up yarn A from row 1, *V-st into the ch-1-sp of the previous row V-st*, repeat to the end of the row, ch 20, ch 4, 3 dc bobble in the 4th st from the hook, ch 4, sl st to the same st, ch 20, secure the loop to prevent it from unraveling. Do NOT turn.

Repeat rows 3-6 three more times or to desired width. Tie off.
