Free Doll Dress Crochet Pattern
This is a quick, cute summer dress for the American Girl Doll Mini! It is crocheted top-down, as one piece. It features a rear seam and closure. The skirt has a chevron edge, which makes this perfect for a pixie or fairy dress, with the right colors.
You can use any number of colors. Thanks to the lace motif, this dress looks great even in one color!
You can purchase this dress from our Etsy store!

Finishing
Weave in all thread ends except the 15” long tail. Either with hook or with tapestry needle (thread the tail into the needle) close/sew the back opening from hem to about row 10, leaving enough space to put the dress on a doll. With the rest of the “tail” work a row of sc along the left side of the opening. By the neckline, make a loop – chain 5 and make 1 sc in the upper corner. Sew a small button to the right back under the loop.
If you prefer, you can sew on a 4.0 size snap instead of the button. In this case, do not work the loop.
Have fun!
