Question, are the circumference measurements for around the bust? That's to say, not up and over the shoulder. I'm new to circular knitting but experienced with straight needles. This pattern looks like a great place to start my circular adventures. Simple yet elegant.This looks like a nice project for my home grown alpaca fiber/yarn. Thanks for listening, Linda
