LOVE this cape! The bottom looks like it is several rows of garter stitch- are my eyes seeing it incorrectly, or is the cape "anchored" in garter? I do not see that indication in the pattern. Also, both sides of front opening look a bit like garter stitch also, is it? if not- how do you keep the stockinette edging from rolling?
