I did the 15 rows on the body and am stuck after the 15th row trying to do the 12th row again. Should the dc be in the center of the previous scale and 2 dc over the previous single crochet? It states to Ch 2 do 1 dc Ch2 skip two st , if skip 2 sts doesn't seem in the right place. HELP
