Sorry to ask what I am sure is a silly question, but how do you decrease in the 2nd row? I tried but then could not get the 3rd row to work so I think I went wrong in the 2nd row. I cant get the directions and the picture to match up so I'm stuck. I end up with dc in the chain space right before where the decrease should be, and when I try to decrease, it says to dc in the next chain space and there isn't one.
