Hi Janet, If you look at the "printable version" (at the top) it has the cast on for the sizes given. From that you should be able to figure out how many stitches to remove to get your required fit. If I weren't so busy trying to make a chart for this pattern, I would be doing the same calculations myself right now. If you don't mind waiting, I will be happy to wade through it with and for you.
