Hi Christine, divide as follows for the set up row:

Knit 7 place marker (pm) for the front
Knit 8 pm for the sleeves
Knit 12 pm for the back
Knit 8 pm for sleeve
Knit 7 pm for the front

I used these numbers and it worked wonderfully. Please post a reply if you're still having trouble and I'll see if I can help out.
