Beautiful shawl pattern. I have a mohair yarn, spun by a goat farmer, just waiting in a box, for a project like this!

I've just printed this wonderful pattern and am looking forward to starting it up.
However, since I'm a chart knitter, I have the problem that there is no legend for the chart symbols

The "Legend/Key/Symbol descriptions are on right side of the chart area.

I'm so excited about this shawl but I'm stumped with the middle stitch, row 17, central panel. What is it?

wow lovely pattern. Had a few problems with getting the yarn and needles right as I live in the UK. I was told that Fingering was UK's 4ply which tied in with the needle size and the look in the picture but when finished it was very small. I tried again with UK double knit and UK 8 needles and still looked small so I pulled it out and started again. After knitting several 4" squares with various needles I am hoping that double knit and UK 6 needles will do the trick.

Love this pattern! It knits up so nicely and once you get the hang of it, it's a lot of fun. I'll post a link to my final product when I'm done.
